St. Michael's

Below is the plan for preparing young people for Confirmation.

In the Diocese there are a few requirements to be Confirmed.
1. One must be 16 on the day of Confirmation.
2. One must be adequately prepared to receive the Sacrament.
3. One must desire to receive the Sacrament.
4. One must have a mentor to support them in preparation.

The preparation is intended to take 2 years.


The meetings for September 2012- May 2013 will rotate between several parishes. Please note where and  when meetings will happen.
The meetings will be once a month on Sunday afternoons, 1:00pm to 3:00pm as follows:
September 16 – St. Michael’s
October 14 – St. Michael’s
November 18 – St. Michael’s
December 9 – St. Michael’s
January 20 – Grace and St. Stephan’s
February 17 – Grace and St. Stephan’s
March 17 – Grace and St. Stephan’s
April 7 – St. Michael’s
May 5 – St. Michael’s

Confirmation will be April 20 at 10:00 am at Grace and St. Stephen’s in Colorado Springs.
